No, not if they are applied properly! My state of the art techniques guarantee safe eyelash extension application, so your extensions won’t be clumped together or feel heavy. I use premium faux mink eyelash extensions which are extremely light on the natural lash.

It is dependent on how well you follow my aftercare instructions - provided at the end of your appointment. If you look after them properly, your eyelash extensions will fall out when your natural lash they are attached to falls out. Humans can shed up to 5 lashes per eye per day, which is why I recommend refills every 2—3 weeks to top up the lashes you’ve lost. To get the most out of your extensions, I also recommend avoiding sunscreens and heavy moisturisers around the eye area, and cleansing your lashes regularly with a lash cleanser.

Your first appointment will be your longest. A full set of extensions can take anywhere from one and a half to two hours to apply, depending on the set and style you book. Refills are either an hour or hour and 15mins.

Not if they are applied safely. I use premium faux mink extensions and state of the art application techniques to ensure your natural lashes are not damaged.

I customise each set of lashes to the individual wearing them, and I spend extra time making sure your extensions are applied securely and safely, and not clumped together. This ensures that your natural lashes are not damaged.

Yes. My best clients are the ones that arrive with nice clean lashes with no makeup, products or oily residue on the lash line. It is very important that you wash your lashes daily with an eyelash extension approved cleanser if you want your lashes to last as long as your natural lash cycle.

Yes. Please come to your appointment with no eye makeup on, and clean eyes. It’s a good idea to use the toilet before you come, and don’t drink any coffee before your appointment – it can make your eyes flutter and twitch which makes the application take longer and subsequently less lashes applied in your appointment time.

I provide you with an extensive list of aftercare instructions for your lashes after your appointment. To get the most out of your eyelash extensions, keep them clean by washing them daily. Avoid using creamy or oily products, or cleansers with acids and exfoliators in them, around the eye area. Book your refill appointments for 2-3 weeks depending on your lash cycle. I suggest booking in advance so that you don’t miss out!

Firstly you need to decide whether you want a subtle or more obvious look? For eyelash extensions, my most popular set is the Elite effect – this will give you 90/100 extensions per eye and will give your eyes that pop. If you’re still unsure, please send me a message and I will be happy to guide you.

Unfortunately, if you’ve ever had any type of irritation or reaction after having eyelash extensions applied, you won’t be able to get them anymore. If you are a person who regularly suffers from eye irritation from hayfever, or if your skin is very sensitive to cosmetic products, it’s probably not a good idea to have extensions applied. Also, I ask clients with any type of eye infection or contagious illness to wait until they are completely symptom-free.

While it’s perfectly safe to have extensions applied to lifted lashes, it’s not recommended as the natural lashes will grow out at a different angle and cause the extensions to look very messy very quickly. Ideally, wait until 6 weeks after your lash lift before having extensions applied.

It’s very important because unfortunately once you’ve had a reaction to eyelash extensions, you can no longer have them applied. Reactions are unpredictable and likely to get worse the more you are exposed to the allergen. As I work so closely to your eyes, it’s really not worth the risk!

I can’t guarantee that the products I use are compatible with what you are already wearing, so your lashes may look inconsistent and may not last very long. It’s also very important to me that the lashes I apply are damage-free, and not all salons apply lashes in a way that I consider safe, so these lashes would need to be removed and a new full set applied anyway.

I generally suggest between 2-3 weeks, but it will depend on certain factors. Factors such as your lash growth cycle, your chosen style, and even your skincare products are important to consider.

Tint leaves a small amount of skin stain that lasts a couple of days at most. It colours the hairs for 4-6 weeks.

Henna leaves a soft, natural-looking skin stain for up to 14 days, and colours hair for up to 6 weeks. Henna also strengthens the hair and encourages new growth.

I will consult with you to determine what your dream eyebrows would look like, and then do my best to create them! I map out the best brow shape for your face using your facial features as reference points, and colour your brows with tint, or Henna, depending on your intensity and colour preference.
I then shape your brows with wax, tweezing and trimming.

I am happy to help younger clients, as long as a parent or caregiver attends with them to complete paperwork and supervise. I am a expert in taming unruly brows while keeping them full and natural-looking.

It depends on your hair growth speed, and your personal preferences on how fresh you like your brows to look, but I recommend anywhere from 3-6 weeks as this is best for hair growth and colour maintenance.

If you are taking any medication for your skin, I am able to tweeze and tint hair. I just can’t wax or apply henna to your skin. The same applies for any clients using active skincare containing ingredients such as Vitamin A derivatives (eg retinol) or alpha-hydroxy acids.

Of course! My favourite option available to help encourage hair growth is Henna. It can boost hair health, cool the body, reduce inflammation, and speed up healing. If you have been wanting to grow your brows back so that they look fuller and more textured then Henna might be able to assist you on this journey.

A lash lift is essentially a perm for your lashes! During your appointment I will curl your lashes and set them into a new, eye opening position. This makes your eyelashes look longer and your eyes look bigger! During a Lash Lift I also include a lash tint for maximum lash impact.
Yes! After the first 24 hours, you can apply eye makeup as you would in your normal beauty routine. I do however recommend avoiding waterproof mascara and eyelash curlers as these can cause lash breakage.

Your lash lift will grow out over a period of 6-8 weeks. Lifted lashes won’t ‘drop’ back to their original shape; they grow out and are replaced by new, non-lifted lashes. I recommend that my clients get their lash tinted every four weeks and lashes lifted and tinted every eight weeks.

Depending on your natural lashes I would generally allow around an hour and a half for your appointment, as I need to ensure I have enough time to position your lashes perfectly before setting them that way.

The beauty of Lash Lifts are that they are super low-maintenance. It’s important to keep them dry, and avoid hot & steamy showers for the first 24 hours. After that, all that you need to do is apply a hydrating aftercare serum to them a few times a week to keep them strong and nourished and encourage growth.

Lash lifts aren’t recommended for women who are pregnant in their first trimester, but if they have had them previous to being pregnant they can continue from the second trimester. However, results may differ due to the hormonal changes in the body during and after pregnancy.
Anyone who has experienced any previous reaction to a lash lift or eyelash tinting in the past should also consult their doctor before booking an appointment.

A lash lift won’t damage your lashes if it is performed properly by a trained stylist. I use advanced techniques to ensure no damage is caused to your natural lashes. It is also a good idea to keep your lashes hydrated and strong with the Elleeplex aftercare serum which can be purchased from my salon after your appointment.

As a courtesy I require at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. I obviously understand that sometimes life happens and you may have to cancel within this time period however if this becomes a regular occurrence I will have the right to charge a 50% late cancellation/rescheduling fee of your total appointment price.

In the event that you 'no show' to an appointment with no correspondence at all I will charge the whole price of the appointment price.

Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require me to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience the client booked directly after you. I regret that late arrivals will not receive the full eyelash extension service or brow artistry so please arrive on time.

I do not refill/infill other salons work for many reasons but essentially because I cannot guarantee the quality or longevity of the lashes applied. If you have lash extensions applied from another salon, you must book in for a lash removal before booking a new full set.

If you are a returning client, you must book and attend your refill within 2 or 3 weeks of your last appointment with me AND have 50% of your extensions remaining to qualify.

If it has been longer than 3 weeks, you will need to book in for a new full set of extensions as you will either have too few extensions left to qualify for a refill, or the extensions that are remaining will be far too grown out and will need to be removed and replaced anyway.

Obviously I love children having a daughter of my own, however due to the intricate nature of my services I do not allow children into my salon. I need to be fully focused on my clients with no distractions. I also cannot assure their safety and therefore I have a strict “No Unsupervised Children Under 13” policy. This is also for my insurance purposes and to ensure the relaxation and positive salon experience for my client.
