My Story

My journey to opening Georgie Vine Eyelash Extensions and Eyebrow Artistry was generated by two seperate experiences. The first experience was when I went to get my eye lashes done at an in home salon in Brisbane and the experience was truly terrible. Due to this I ventured out and stumbled across Brisbane Lashes in the city. The experience there was next level. So much so that I asked my lash technician where she trained. She told me that the owner of the salon owned an Academy called, Lashjoy, and they all trained there. I thought if I ever wanted to do this as a profession I am going to train there. The second experience was when my life changed dramatically and I became a mum to my gorgeous daughter Poppy. Through Poppy I met so many other mums in the community and one of the things we always mentioned was how you never had time to get yourself ready to leave the house these days as you were so consumed with getting your child ready. Bless their little souls. This meant that I started regularly getting my eyelashes and eyebrows done so that I could essentially leave the house with no makeup on and still look put together. Once I started doing this I began to think that there was a real need for an exceptional eyelash and eyebrow salon in Curlewis, therefore I did what I told myself I would do and I enrolled in Lashjoy Academy to train with the best. I absolutely love what I do and would love to meet anyone who would love to be pampered in my salon. I look forward to meeting you soon!
